My Work: During more than 3 years at Peppers & Rogers Group, I have assisted several large organizations in the MENA region in achieving their customer-centric transformation journeys. My focus is on customer experience management, strategic roadmap development, and on business process re-engineering. I have been exposed to a variety of industries including telecommunications, real estate, industrial zones, and the public sector.

My Hobbies: I love to travel and explore new places and get acquainted to new cultures. I also enjoy sports especially table tennis, basketball, and swimming. I also enjoy reading business books and spending quality time with friends and family. In the past few years, I have developed the hobby of collecting old currencies and banknotes and have dedicated a section for those in my own house.

My favorite business book: The last book I read was Outliers. This book reveals the fascinating stories that get hidden behind the dazzle of success. The core message of the book is that you ignore the outliers only because you do not know what to do with them. Your inability to understand these outliers does not make them irrelevant.
