Analysts
Job Description: Analysts support the consultants and project managers for designing the analysis required. They contribute to the analysis-designing efforts and guide the Project manager, as well as contribute to the preparation of client presentations. They also provide support to development of proposals and practice documents.
- Qualifications and Competencies:
- 0-1 year work experience.
- Strong analytical and technical skills and the demostrated ability to creatively solve complex problems.
- Carry our the analyses assigned to them without significant support.
- Analysts are not expected to develop presentations on their own, but they should be able to prepare effective slides in like with PRG format rules.
- Analysts are expected to complete and be able to do the research that is required to produce relevant results, then synthesize and present these results.
Consultants
Job Description: Consultants support the senior consultant and project manager in designing the analysis required. They collect all necessary data and conduct the analyses. They may present the analysis results to the rest of the team. They contribute to the preparation of client presentations, and provide support to the development of proposals and practice documents, while also Ppoviding research support for the project.
- Qualifications & Competencies:
- 1-4 year work experience.
- Strong analytical and technical skills and the demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex problems.
- Consultants should be able to help senior team members develop the analyses, suggest different analysis methods.
- Consultants should be able to prepare documents without too much guidance once the structure of the document is agreed upon. The manager might have to work a bit on the finished document especially if it is a difficult one.
- Consultants are expected to not only do but also guide the research by providing solid suggestions to the team for research.
- While analysts may need guidance in deciding what to research, Consultants are expected to define what to research and do it completely independently.
Senior Consultants
Job Description: Senior Consultants develop a problem solution strategy for the assigned project. They identify the analyses required to solve the problem. In addition, they will provide input to the project manager or senior consultant in charge regarding the problem solving methodology. Consultants lead the analysts in conducting the analyses, and prepare client-ready documents for the assigned project. They may also develop client-ready documentation for the assigned piece of proposal and participate in the development of a number of Peppers & Roger Group practices in multiple sectors.
- Qualifications & Competencies:
- 4- 6 year work experience.
- Strong analytical and technical skills and the demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex problems.
- Ability to work and contribute effectively in teams composed of colleagues and client members.
- Experience and skills on working within a complex environment with demonstrated capabilities in organizing, translating, and presenting complex qualitative and quantitative information.
- Define what analyses are required, what would be the best way to do them in their piece of work.
- Structure and prepare presentations for their own piece in the project without any guidance.
Managers
Job Description: Managers own full responsibility for a work stream within a large project or the responsibility for the whole project if it is a smaller one. They will structure the problem-solving methodology to be used in the work stream. They plan the activities and the use of resources and manage client relationships regarding the assigned work stream. Managers lead the team members working in the same work stream by ensuring quality and on-time Project deliverables. They own completion of client-ready proposals with director/partner guidance, and develop practice documents, and co-lead practices. Finally, they determine potential opportunities with current clients, do scoping and preparing business proposals.
- Qualifications & Competencies:
- 6-8 years work experience.
- Managers should be able to structure their piece of work completely independently and guide the project manager.
- Managers/Technical Advisors should be able to structure and coordinate all of the documents in their own work stream with no guidance, finished products must be "client ready"
- Managers can lead a team of 2-3 people.
Senior Managers
Job Description: Senior managers manage assigned project with full responsibility, owning the schedule and resources in the project, structuring the full scope of the project, and guiding the team throughout all phases of the project. They develop complete and client-ready proposals with full ownership, develop practice documents, and co-lead practices. They monitor the performance of team members, and ensure quality and on-time Project deliverables, providing timely and useful feedback to team members and preparing development plans for them with HR. On the client side, they determine potential opportunities with current clients, do scoping and prepare business proposals. They follow trends and opportunities in the market, generate leads, scope and prepare business proposals in relation to these newly developed opportunities. They contribute to the responsibility of meeting country- or practice-specific yearly company targets, and they represent the company in various business platforms, conferences, media and other public arenas through speech and/ or white papers and publications.
- Qualifications & Competencies:
- 8 to 10 years work experience.
- Senior Managers should be able to structure the overall project very well and lead the team so that nobody feels lost at any time.
- Senior Managers should be able to prepare or lead the preparation of very effective "client ready" documents for all parts of the project and business development efforts. Clients should be impressed with their written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and lead team members.
Principals
Job Description: Principals manage several projects by supervising the work done by the project team. They lead practice groups within the company and evaluate the performance of project managers, as well as preparing development plans for them. They represent PRG at a senior level in relationships with assigned accounts and to ensure that the project deliverables meet PRG quality standards and customer expectations. In addition, they monitor the development all staff and to help define the HR and business development strategy of the company. They are responsible for meeting designated country or practice specific yearly company targets, and represent the company in various business platforms, conferences, media and other public arenas through speech and/or white papers and publications. They are also responsible for developing new accounts, formulating risk management strategies, and preparing action plans.

- 10+ years work experience
- Ability to manage and lead team members

- Leading regional or functional/industry practice groups as they become recognized experts within their functionality category or specific industry
- Actively managing the business development plans for the regions or industries under their responsibility, including the development of new accounts, formulating growth strategies and preparing action plans
- Developing lasting client relationships by working with top executives of existing and potential clients
- Developing the consultant organization by preparing annual development plans, monitoring performance and assessing progress over time
- Representing the firm in various business platforms, conferences and seminars through speeches and publishing white papers, articles, and other thought leadership pieces
