New global study to uncover emerging usage patterns and business opportunities

BARCELONA, Spain (February 15, 2010) –  Peppers & Rogers Group, the world's leading authority on customer-based business strategy announced today that the firm is fielding a research study, "Digital Customer Agenda" to help leaders in the telecommunications, information, media and entertainment industries understand the new converged communications landscape.  The firm is kicking off the study at a ½ day seminar for senior level executives at Mobile World Congress today.
