Winners Were Announced at the Gartner CRM Summit in Scottsdale, AZ., September 14-16
Norwalk, Conn., September 15, 2009 — 1to1 Media and Gartner, Inc. announced today the 15 winners of the Gartner & 1to1 Customer Awards at the Gartner CRM Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The awards are given to the companies that most clearly demonstrate exemplary customer relationship strategy and an unrivaled level of excellence in delivering the customer experience. The winners were selected by an independent panel of judges, including Gartner analysts.
