Peppers & Rogers Group ensures that all confidential client data is protected in all forms, on all media, during all phases of its lifecycle, from unauthorized or inappropriate access, use, alteration, disclosure or damage.
All members of the Peppers & Rogers Group Managed Analytics team – as well as any agents of Peppers & Rogers Group – follow a governing security policy that supports these standards. We assure to the best of our ability:
- Organization and administration: Peppers & Rogers Group Managed Analytics Information Security Policies and Procedures provide for management oversight, segregation of duties and administrative / security practices with regard to security over managed customer data.
- Environment: All data centers that process client data are protected from environmental threats.
- Physical and IT access: Physical and logical access to facilities and computer and network equipment is restricted to authorized individuals.
- Operations monitoring: Peppers & Rogers Group Managed Analytics monitors and maintains the infrastructure used to store customer data so that security events and problems are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
- Data back-up and ownership: Client information is backed up and securely stored at the IT level. All employees are trained in process to keep confidential information and client data secure.
- Problems and change management efforts: Changes, additions or modifications to network hardware, operating systems, and systems software and utilities that relate to customer data storage are authorized, tested, implemented and approved and problems are resolved in a timely manner.
